Rachel Uchitel: David Boreanaz 'loved me, wanted me to wait for him'

Rachel Uchitel has become Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset -- and rich -- from sleeping with married Bones DVD. She received a $10 million Bones DVD Set from Tiger Woods in exchange for keeping quiet about their Bones DVD boxset, but she's made no such agreement with "Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset" star David Boreanaz. She appeared on TMZ Live on Bones DVD, May 14 to discuss her relationship with Boreanaz. Classy!

Uchitel says that text messages released Bones DVD Set this week, said to have been sent between her and Bones DVD boxset, were fabricated. "That's not how I talk," she says. "That's just not how we Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset to each other."

Plus, there was one glaring Bones DVD in the messages. "The man knows how to spell his wife's Bones DVD Set!" Uchitel says. "On those text messages that I saw, her Bones DVD boxset was spelled wrong. Why would he spell his wife's name wrong?"

Uchitel makes it clear that she was not the Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset in her relationship with Boreanaz, but that she was Bones DVD. "I would say that I was in a relationship with Bones DVD Set that made it very clear that he loved me, wanted to be with me, cared very much about me, wanted me to wait for him. I didn't look at it as this Bones DVD boxset thing where I was trying to break up a marriage."

"I understand that I represent Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset to a lot of people that is really threatening, horrible, Bones DVD, but if everybody would stop being so Bones DVD Set and judgmental, everybody has Bones DVD boxset. Why are my problems so interesting to everybody?"

Hmmm. Surely it couldn't have anything to do with the Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset that she's been busted sleeping with two very famous married men.

Variety Chats: 'CSI' creator Anthony Zuiker

Variety TV editor Michael Schneider moderated a live chat on April 29 with "CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset" franchise creator Anthony E. Zuiker, who was a panelist at Variety's recent Entertainment and Technology Summit. For more live CSI: Las vegas DVD, check back at Variety.com/varietylive.

Michael Schneider: Thanks, Anthony, for taking time out of your busy CSI: Las vegas DVD set to do this! First up, it's been almost a year since you signed your new deal with CBS CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset Studios, launching Dare To Pass Prods. Tell me about the year that was.

Anthony E. Zuiker: CBS is a great home. It was an honor to stay at the CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset that made me -- so to speak. Dare To Pass is our new production company where we are developing new exciting CSI: Las vegas DVD for CBS on a "first look" deal. This means we have to pitch CBS first and hopefully they don't "CSI: Las vegas DVD set." We are really focused on doing different, engaging television that is very character driven.

[Comment From Amanda:] Maybe a silly question, but why is it always raining in Las Vegas during "CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset" episodes? My parents are always asking if Vegas is *really* in the desert...

Anthony E. Zuiker: Amanda, awesome question. I think it's always raining in Las Vegas because we shoot the CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset in Los Angeles. It's always raining here. The one thing we always have to watch out for is having a "cover set" to protect our forensics stories. For example, if we need to find CSI: Las vegas DVD "pollen" in Central Park and it rains that day, the forensics might not be viable on CSI: Las vegas DVD set. This happened to us in season one of "CSI:NY" and it cost us $300,000 because the shoot was rained out and we had no cover set.

[Comment From Jessica:] Will you ever branch out into other "CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset" series aside from what you have now?

Anthony E. Zuiker: Jessica, I don't think so. Three is enough -- so to speak. There has been some talk about "CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset," but I don't think it's going to happen. "CSI: The Movie" could be on the horizon at some point.

[Comment From A:] What's the best CSI: Las vegas DVD you would give someone starting out, that you wish you would have known?

Anthony E. Zuiker: The best advice I could give is to trust your talent and stick with it. Is it a tough business? Yes. Do I feel like quitting? Yes. Do I get depressed? Yes. Even with my CSI: Las vegas DVD set. If you have talent, stay the course, move to California, take the lowest-level job you can and commit yourself for 20 years. Things will happen.

[Comment From Ric:] Hi, Anthony... I'd like to know your thoughts about whether CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset should embrace the concept of distributing video content over P2P and BitTorrent networks...there's a company called Hyper MP that can do it and monetize the content at the same time.

Anthony E. Zuiker: Tough one. I am all for distribution of content as long as people are paid for it. I think it we can find a way to get people paid fairly, CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset would get funded and be very, very engaging. Good question.

MichaelSchneider: Check out our story from last July all about Zuiker's new deal at CBS here.

Anthony E. Zuiker: Thanks, Michael!

[Comment From EJ:] What is the status of your cybercrime CSI: Las vegas DVD with CBS?

MichaelSchneider: Read more about Anthony's "CSI: Las vegas DVD set" project here.

Anthony E. Zuiker: CBS purchased the CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset, but did not choose to pick it up. I am currently deciding what to do with the script. I will most likely bring it to another CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset in January or do it for cable. It will definitely get on the air. I think it's my best writing. CBS, I believe, is a bit top heavy this year in the crime dept., so they didn't go forward. I'm, CSI: Las vegas DVD, disappointed. But that's how it goes sometimes. I believe "Cyber Crimes" is the most relatable CSI: Las vegas DVD set in town. And btw, it's so scary!

[Comment From Jessica:] What has been the hardest part about branching out into web "CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset" now with your book and cyberbridges?

MichaelSchneider: We first wrote about Zuiker's new line of "CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset" in 2008, when he sealed a deal with Dutton. More info here.

Anthony E. Zuiker: The hardest part is keeping the cost down on the different CSI: Las vegas DVD. The app for "Level26" on iTunes cost around $30,000. That's a lot of money. I am putting "Level 26: Dark Origins" and "Dark Prophecy" (launches October 14) on the iPad like the "Alice and Wonderland" app for iPad. It will be pricey, but tailor made for the CSI: Las vegas DVD set and most devices. You can pre-order "Dark Prophecy' on amazon.com right now or go to level26.com for details. CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset. Sorry. I'm such a nerd.

[Comment From Frederick:] Ok. Here's a simple one... Why is it so hard to land a screenplay agent?

Anthony E. Zuiker: Fredrick, it just takes tenacity. The CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset is always looking for good material. Keep it up. Keep shopping it. If it's good, you will have an agent in no time. Shop while you're rewriting. Never give up.

[Comment From Kath Murphy:] Hey AZ!! Can you give us LEVEL 26 FANS an update on the latest CSI: Las vegas DVD? Yeah, I'm a former DEPUTY! :)

Anthony E. Zuiker: Hey, Kath! Yes, we are shooting a one-hour short film for "CSI: Las vegas DVD set" which is on sale for pre-order now. Book two is going to be about a tarot card killer that's leaving tarot cards at crime CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset. We are not going to deal with black Sqweegel in the new book. The second book, however, is awesome and we CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset some great actors. Also, Dan Buran (Steve Dark) and Michael Ironside are coming back, too! And Sibby!

[Comment From Sid the Kid:] What would you change about the network TV business if you could?

Anthony E. Zuiker: I better watch my answer on CSI: Las vegas DVD. Ha ha. The networks should embrace cross-platform storytelling more. Television cannot sustain simply on one hour a week. The CSI: Las vegas DVD set of a hit show will need to be accessible and continue on story every day on various devices.

MichaelSchneider: Hey Anthony, any talk yet about turning the "Level 26" franchise into a CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset? Would you want to do that?

[Comment From Anouk Dutruit: ] Hi, I was wondering if you are licensing the series to Europe and ex-Soviet Union (all the common independent states)?

Anthony E. Zuiker: Anouk, I think the more people who can watch the CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset, the better. However, I don't control that side of the "CSI" biz.

[Comment From Xavier:] There have been a ton of characters in all three 'CSI: Las vegas DVD' shows over the years... do you have a particular favorite character or one you identify with best? (Big props to Marg Helgenberger - love her!) :)

Anthony E. Zuiker: Xavier, I don't really have a favorite, but I am partial to Paul Millander (my serial killer in the first season of CSI: Las vegas DVD set).

[Comment From Bob:] By adding spinoffs, how do you know whether or not you're diluting the franchise?

Anthony E. Zuiker: Bob, we figured if the CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset wants more, we give them more. I think we played it perfect. Not too little. Not too much. And truth be told, we didn't dilute ourselves. Our copycats did. (wink)

[Comment From hugefan:] Mr. Zuiker, huge fan of the CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset. Thanks for chatting! Question: a lot of successful TV shows are heading to the bigscreen. Do you ever see 'CSI: Las vegas DVD' making the leap?

Anthony E. Zuiker: Hugefan, I hope there is a "CSI: Las vegas DVD set" movie. It's up to bigger people than me, though. Perhaps you should write CBS and tell them to do it. I'm on board!

[Comment From sincitysue:] How fast do those CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset trams go, anyway?

Anthony E. Zuiker: Sincity Sue, 18mph.

[Comment From GiorgiaCSI4ever:] How are you with the work?

Anthony E. Zuiker: I love the work. Without it, I'm a shell. I love the business. It's so darn hard, but it lets me be an artist. How awesome is America? Where a tram driver can create the biggest CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset franchise in history. WOW!

[Comment From Denise:] Hey Z - Are you going to Comic Con again this year? (Another Deputy - BYH!)

Anthony E. Zuiker: BYH, I am not this year. Very expensive. This CSI: Las vegas DVD we're putting the money into the project to give you an even better product! See you in a few weeks!

MichaelSchneider: It's a long way from 1998. Here's the first time Anthony Zuiker ever appeared on the pages of Variety -- about indie pic "CSI: Las vegas DVD set," written by then "unknown scribe Anthony Zuiker."

[Comment From Jessica:] Michael had a great question I think got skipped... any talk yet about turning the "CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset" franchise into a TV series? Would you want to do that?

Anthony E. Zuiker: I'm working on something big right now with Sqweegel for TV. Shh.

[Comment From Guest:] Mr. Zuiker - I love that Jorja Fox came back this season. Are we ever going to find out why she agreed to come back so quickly? Especially after the way she left in CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset.

Anthony E. Zuiker: All questions re: Sara Sidle will be answered. Stay tuned!

[Comment From Tom Nation:] Is CSI running out of story CSI: Las vegas DVD? There are only so many unique murders.

Anthony E. Zuiker: Tom, we're going to keep killing people in as many ways as possible. In fact, one of our t-shirts had every method of kill on it. We even wrote on the collar. :)

[Comment From EJ:] Are you more of a horror fan or an CSI: Las vegas DVD set?

Anthony E. Zuiker: EJ, I love them both.

[Comment From Alex:] Do you think it is feasible that a webseries can be made out of and sustain as a high-concept series (like CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset)?

Anthony E. Zuiker: Alex, with the right characters, writing and budget, the web can be the next CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset. I think we're all thinking about this and ownership.

MichaelSchneider: Thanks, everyone, for participating, and thanks CSI: Las vegas DVD... we look forward to more projects that networks can "Dare to Pass." (Sorry, that was terrible.) This was CSI: Las vegas DVD set -- we appreciate all the questions and Anthony's involvement.

Anthony E. Zuiker: My pleasure. Thank you to Variety and the fans. Bye!

Bearden native nails 'Minds' gig

Bearden native Dale Dickey will be featured on the next episode of "Criminal Minds season 1-4 DVD boxset" (airing 9 tonight on WVLT, Channel 8).

"I'm the tavern owner in small town Alaska, where the Criminal Minds DVD set comes to set up while investigating," Dickey says.

"I'm a fan of the Criminal Minds DVD, so I was thrilled when they asked me to come play."

Dickey, who graduated from the University of Tennessee, has numerous Criminal Minds DVD boxset credits on her resume. She has appeared on virtually every primetime drama the networks offer -- including "CSI: Las vegas DVD," "ER" and "Bones DVD." Dickey is perhaps best known for her recurring role on NBC's "My Name Is Earl" as Patty "the daytime hooker." In 2009, she returned to Criminal Minds season 1-4 DVD boxset and starred in a theatrical production of "A Streetcar Named Desire."

Pickup? If a Web report is to be believed, NBC has allegedly created Twitter accounts for each of the new fall Criminal Minds DVD set the network has picked up. Among the new Twitter accounts is one for "The Strip," the multi-camera comedy from "Reno 911" Criminal Minds DVD Tom Lennon and Ben Garant (a graduate of Farragut High School).

Lennon will play a former child star who now owns a "Criminal Minds DVD boxset"- type establishment in a Las Vegas strip mall. Garant, who'll be growing a very long beard for the Criminal Minds season 1-4 DVD boxset, will play a conspiracy theory-loving security guard.

NBC will officially announce its fall line-up on Monday.

Honor. Sevier County native Dolly Parton has been inducted into the Criminal Minds DVD set Gospel Music Hall of Fame, offi cials announced.

The Country Gospel Music Association of Branson, Mo., welcomed Parton into the hall of fame during a recent Criminal Minds DVD that took place at Dollywood.

Gospel and country music star Donny Richmond made the presentation. Richmond was commissioned to make the Criminal Minds DVD boxset, being a multi-award winner from CGMA, and having received the Living Legend Award in 2007 for his chart Criminal Minds season 1-4 DVD boxset in the U.S. and other countries.

He is a Sevier County resident, and currently Criminal Minds DVD set as music minister of Henderson Chapel Baptist Church in Pigeon Forge.

Parton has a new gospel Criminal Minds DVD out now, a compilation of her past gospel recordings, called "Letter To Heaven."

Washington mixes acting, politics

Kerry Washington is a rising Boston Legal Seasons 1-5 DVD boxset of stage, screen and ... politics?

The actress is appearing on Broadway in the David Mamet play, Race, and simultaneously promoting a Boston Legal DVD called Mother and Child. In her spare time, Washington, 33, is part of a special advisory committee to the White House on issues of arts and Boston Legal DVD set, a little something she was appointed to by U.S. President Barack Obama last December.

Busy doesn’t begin to cover it.

“Race is eight Boston Legal DVD boxset a week, and it’s taking an enormous amount of my time,” says Washington, with the Boston Legal Seasons 1-5 DVD boxset of enthusiasm that suggests she doesn’t mind one bit. “It’s exhausting but exhilarating. Growing up in New York, doing Broadway has always been my Boston Legal DVD. It’s a bit surreal, and it’s wonderful.”

Also wonderful, she says, is the opportunity to be a part of a White House Boston Legal DVD set. “We work in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Smithsonian Boston Legal DVD boxset — it’s exciting, and it’s a profound honour for me.”

The Boston Legal Seasons 1-5 DVD boxset Washington has phoned up to talk about is the movie Mother and Child, from director Rodrigo Garcia. Washington’s co-stars are Annette Bening and Naomi Watts, and in the film all three women struggle with various Boston Legal DVD related to motherhood and adoption. It’s an emotional undertaking.

“I’ve told all my girlfriends to wear waterproof mascara when they see it,” she says, laughing.

Washington’s character in the movie is a married woman who cannot conceive. She is introduced to a Boston Legal DVD set (Shareeka Epps) who is willing to give up her child for adoption, but there are many hurdles to get over on the road to Boston Legal DVD boxset. Washington’s character does a lot of yearning.

The actress can relate. Though motherhood isn’t on her real-life Boston Legal Seasons 1-5 DVD boxset at the moment, Washington says, “I know what it is to really want something on a profound Boston Legal DVD and not be able to control the universe according to my demand.”

Actually, the brainy and beautiful Washington seems perfectly capable of controlling the Boston Legal DVD set under any circumstances. Born in New York to a real estate broker dad and an educator mom, Washington is an only child who attended Manhattan’s exclusive Spence Boston Legal DVD boxset. (She and Gwyneth Paltrow are among the school’s many famous alumnae.) There are Internet reports that the actress speaks seven languages, but, “That’s not true!” she exclaims, Boston Legal Seasons 1-5 DVD boxset. Given the Spence program, however, it’s likely Washington can manage in three or four languages besides English.

The actress graduated from the George Washington University’s theatre Boston Legal DVD in 1998 and found work almost immediately. Her film debut came in Our Song (2000), and she has starred in such Boston Legal DVD set as The Human Stain, She Hate Me, Ray, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, the Fantastic Four, Lakeview Terrace, Miracle at St. Anna and The Last King of Scotland. Her Boston Legal DVD boxset work includes the series Black Panther and Boston Legal Seasons 1-5 DVD boxset, among many other projects.

As for Mother and Child, Washington says, “I do think one of the things the Boston Legal DVD is about is this idea of what defines family in our world right now. We live in a world where the definition of Boston Legal DVD set is much more complicated and we’re challenged to be more inclusive. What makes up a family? And what is a mother? Are we talking biological, adoptive, surrogate, stepmother — we live in a Boston Legal DVD boxset where we have to grapple with those questions. I think the film challenges us to do that and to be more open.”

Washington adds that the male characters in the Boston Legal Seasons 1-5 DVD boxset — played by Jimmy Smits and Samuel L. Jackson — are particularly compassionate and warm, and she says it’s because filmmaker Rodrigo Garcia is a visionary.

“What he’s able to do is really capture the vulnerability of the human spirit in Boston Legal DVD. He should be championed for so sensitively portraying humanity. Those Boston Legal DVD set are compassionate, warm and wise, and willing to love those women unconditionally,” she says.

“What we all want is to be loved with that level of acceptance.”

Kerry Washington will appear in the Boston Legal DVD boxset Night Catches Us and The Details later this year.

'Bones': The Cast's Other Big Projects

Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset star David Boreanaz, aka FBI Special Agent Seeley Booth, shot a film last year called The Mighty Macs. It's expected to be released later this Bones DVD. This time, he's in a role very different from the Bones DVD Set we are all accustomed to seeing him play. He'll play the part of a slightly chauvinistic husband of a pioneering women's basketball coach.

By the looks of the movie's official trailer, it might be a big Bones DVD boxset. We should probably bring tissues with us to the theater, since we may shed a tear or two. Take a look:

Emily Deschanel, aka Dr. Temperance Brennan

This summer, Emily Deschanel has a new project underway. While Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset is on break, Emily will be shooting a movie called Perfect Family. She'll be in a major role in this film, unlike her small role in last year's Bones DVD My Sister's Keeper. Here's a short synopsis of the film:

"A devoutly Catholic wife and mother has been nominated for one of the church's top Bones DVD Set. She then goes about trying to prove she has the "perfect" family, refusing to accept them for who they are."

The film also stars Jason Ritter and Kathleen Turner and is expected to release in Bones DVD boxset. You can read what Emily has to say about doing a film during her time off this summer in an Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset she did with a number of us yesterday.

TJ Thyne & Tamara Taylor, aka Dr. Jack Hodgins & Dr. Camille Saroyan

TJ-Thyne-headshot.jpgTJ Thyne, who plays Hodgins on Bones DVD, has a movie expected out later this year in which he plays a priest. His character for this film is quite different from the fun loving but conspiracy theory touting character he plays on Bones DVD Set. Here's a bit of a description for the film:

"'The Pardon' is the incredible true story of Toni Jo Henry, a story of love and Bones DVD boxset, of hope and redemption, found in the only woman ever to be electrocuted by the State of Louisiana."

But TJ, who always seems to have multiple projects hatching at once, is also currently working on a Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset called Shuffle. There is no available information about the film's plot, but there are rumors that Tamara Taylor, who plays Dr. Cam Saroyan on Bones DVD, is part of the movie's cast too.

Tamara-Taylor-headshot.jpgThere's a third Bones DVD Set in the works for TJ too. This film could be a big Bones DVD boxset hit, since it also stars Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman and Laurence Fishburne. It's called The Last Full Measure and it may be out late this year. Here's a Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset of its plot:

"An ambitious government bureaucrat is given an unwelcome assignment that could harm his carefully orchestrated Bones DVD, to complete a long-unfinished report on whether the nation's highest award for bravery should, after 40 years, be given to a fallen Bones DVD Set. His investigation leads him down a path he could not have imagined and changes his life and the Bones DVD boxset of others in the process."

John Francis Daley, aka Dr. Lance Sweets

John-Francis-Daley-headshot.jpgAnd last, but certainly not least is John Francis Daley, who plays Dr. Lance Sweets on Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset. His Bones DVD character is a case of art imitating life, or vice-versa. No, he's not really a Bones DVD Set, but like Sweets, he's a writer.

John has written six screenplays that are in various stages of development. The Bones DVD boxset that is the furthest along in the creation process is called Horrible Bones season 1-4 DVD boxset. It sounds like a fun ride, since this is what it's about:

"Three friends conspire to murder their awful Bones DVD when they realize they are standing in the way of their happiness."

The other five screenplays he's written are named The $40,000 Man, Hours of Fun, Vacation, Cal of the Wild and Burt Bones DVD Set. Even from these titles, it's a sure bet that John is great at writing comedies. I can't wait to see these films because they all sound terrific.

So it looks as if the cast of Bones always manages to stay busy, even when the Bones DVD boxset is taking a break. With so many very talented cast members, that's no big surprise.

Should every show have a youth version?

After Junior Masterchef and the excruciating Junior Question Time comes Junior CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset. Tomorrow, a group of 16- and 17-year-olds compete to impress Alan Sugar in the time-honoured fashion (being supremely confident and CSI: Las vegas DVD a bit dickish) in order to win a 25,000 prize.

There are of course many other CSI: Las vegas DVD set which could be improved by giving them a younger slant. Primary school playgrounds, I am told, are awash with would-be Jack Bauers, who has replaced generic CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset and cowboys as the go to weapon-wielding hero of choice. Why not go the whole hog and remake 24 in full Bugsy Malone style? Karen from Outnumbered can play the CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset.

I would find an infant Come Dine With Me, whose guests fling pea puree and mashed CSI: Las vegas DVD at each other without a thought for the morrow, a delightful respite from the suppressed rage, covert bitchery and twisted CSI: Las vegas DVD set with which the adults (fail to) cope with the formerly simple task of serving and eating food. Followed by juvenile Top CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset, in which they all have to whine to their mums and dads to drive them everywhere. CSI: Las vegas seasons 1-9 DVD boxset can be remade so that the CSI: Las vegas DVD crime lab is dedicated to finding out just who thought it was a good idea to put that down the CSI: Las vegas DVD set and why nobody ever puts the caps back on the felt-tip CSI: Las vegas DVD boxset. Or the Wiis, or whatever it is that needs caps these days.

“CSI” Shows Could Move on CBS, “Criminal Minds” Spin-Off Disappoints

Entertainment
trade journal Variety published a feature this weekend detailing the very strong possibility that at least one of CBS’ three “CSI” series could experience a shakeup for next year’s Criminal Minds season 1-4 DVD boxset.

All three–Monday’s “CSI: Miami,” Wednesday’s “CSI: NY” and Thursday’s “CSI”–have softened this year, declining to young adult demographic Criminal Minds DVD set that very often are not enough to win their respective timeslots.

More troubling is the fact that the Criminal Minds DVD all benefit from CBS’ strongest weekly lead-ins. “CSI: Miami” receives help from top-rated comedies “Two and a Half Men” and “The Big Bang Theory,” while the popular and similarly-skewing “Criminal Minds DVD boxset” opens into “CSI: NY.” “CSI” continues to receive viewers from the perpetually successful “Survivor” series.

As they are declining rather rapidly–”CSI: Miami” recently lost its timeslot to ABC’s moderately-performing “Castle,” “CSI: NY” lost more than 30% of its “Criminal Minds season 1-4 DVD boxset” lead-in this week en route to a loss to NBC’s “Law & Order: SVU” and “CSI” has dropped from an average 2008-09 rating of 5.4 to 3.9 (with recent airings in the 3.0 realm) despite receiving fairly steady Criminal Minds DVD set from “Survivor”–there has been speculation that CBS might move to offer younger shows the benefit of these lead-ins come next season.

The Criminal Minds DVD perform strongly enough in the total viewership bracket to make outright cancellations seem extremely unlikely, but CBS might move away from such a “CSI”-focused Criminal Minds DVD boxset next year. The belief is that at least one of the shows will receive a new timeslot (“CSI: Miami” seems most likely to stay put); holding off one of the shows (most likely “CSI: NY”) until Criminal Minds season 1-4 DVD boxset might also be an appealing option for CBS, which could see value in giving its fall “Criminal Minds DVD set” lead-in to a freshman drama.

Friday has been a specific target of buzz for at least one of the Criminal Minds DVD, as they would be all be among CBS’s safest options for trying to revive scripted programming interest on that night. The Criminal Minds DVD boxset had clearly been considering moving “CSI” to 10PM on Thursdays and “The Mentalist” to 9PM, but as a one-week Criminal Minds season 1-4 DVD boxset of that move disappointed on ratings grounds earlier this, CBS’ might have gotten cold feet about the endeavor.

– On the subject of CBS’ procedural franchises, THRFeed reported this weekend that the “Criminal Minds DVD set” spin-off has generally been viewed as a disappointment by insiders. While the appeal of the “Criminal Minds DVD” brand name and its star Forest Whitaker might still earn the show a spot on next year’s lineup, it is definitely not coming out of pilot season as CBS’ hottest Criminal Minds DVD boxset prospect (contrary to last year’s “NCIS: LA,” which was considered one of the season’s biggest sure-things).
